Home Remedy For Premature Graying Of Hair

  • Indian gooseberry is beneficial in the treatment of premature aging. Cut the fruit into pieces and dry them. Once dry, place them in the coconut oil until the solid matter in the dust or powder. Apply on the hair.
  • Mix one teaspoon of Indian gooseberry juice with a teaspoon of almond oil and a dash of lemon juice. Apply this mixture on your hair and keep it overnight. In the morning, wash your hair. It is an effective home remedy for the treatment of premature aging.
  • Avoid refined flour and sugar, soft drinks, cakes, jams, spicy foods, hot foods, peppers and fatty foods.
  • Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. They are effective in the treatment of premature aging.
  • Mix a quart of yogurt with a tablespoon of yeast. A cup of this mixture before meals because it is effective in treating premature aging.
  • One of the best home remedies for premature graying of hair is composed of curry leaves. Include in your daily diet. Alternatively, you can put some curry leaves in coconut oil and bring to boil. Strain the oil and let cool. Apply on the scalp.
  • Dry a few pieces of fluted pumpkin in the sun. Soak in coconut oil for 3 to 4 hours. After that, boil until the residue becomes dark and cool slightly. Massage the scalp with the residue.
  • Extract the juice of fresh leaves of vegetable amaranth. Apply this juice on the hair. This will be useful to retain the color of black hair and also helps the growth of new hair.
  • Massage the scalp with the butter made from cow’s milk. This should be applied at least twice a week.

Rinse with warm water. This acts as a cleansing scrub excellent. For firmer skin, take an egg, add sugar little by it. Wisk and apply on face and neck. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water. This prevents fine lines and gives skin a firmer. Cut a ripe tomato and rub into the skin.
