How to stop Biting Nails

Afraid of showing your hands during an important function or any get-together events. Do they seem like you have nibbled  your nails for lunch. Are your nails having some freaky scary shapes like the ones you find on horror movies. Do you have the habit of biting nails. don’t worry. We have some good tips for you to get rid of your habit.

Always try to keep your nails painted, especially with a bright color. Bright colors always remind you of keeping your nails off your mouth. When it gets worn or removed try to redo it so that in few days of time you might get used to stop keeping your nails in that unsafe place. Get someone payed to polish or paint your nails. When you spend for something you always get to know the importance of it.

Daily oil massage for your nails will prevent it from being dry which is usually the reason for most of them biting their nails. Always keep a nail file around with you and hence when its out of shape you can correct it smooth and file away any rough edges. For the nails which have grown beyond finger tips use a nail hardener. Use it for a glamorous nails. Another good way to stop biting nails is to keep your hands busy. Idle hands always have these problems. So better keep doing something with your hands while watching TV or on call.
