Looking young is often looked as a task involving money and wealth. While most of them forget that its not wealth that counts but its health that is taken into account. People are going in investing millions in facial surgeries, lift ups and so on. But its a pity fact that people fail to realize that 30 minutes of walk daily is worth more than a million.

It is a definite truth that people doesn’t find time to have a regular work out everyday. What if one can wake up some 20 minutes earlier than the usual time. Exercising daily not alone keeps you fit but that in turn directly keeps you young. Exercise increases the proper blood flow to every part of the body which keeps all the organs of our body fresh and makes us look young always. No wonder Service men looks young even after their retirement.

Meals play an important role in our age. Eat when you feel the hunger and eat till you feel its enough and safe. Spread the meals so that you do not take a few heavy meals rather make it many small meals. But please don’t take that for granted. A max of six small meals a day would be better. Numbers are important folks. And small regular meals increases your metabolism which many fails to achieve during their lifetime causing many unwanted rapid aging elements inside your body.

So instead of putting your money in getting your age back try to help the poor with it and with that happiness you will definitely get your youth back. Don’t forget to follow the above tips also.

Whether we sit at a desk in office or work from home we almost be sitting whole day. We try to do many things at a time and normally find that the day should have more than 24 hours. Many people have full time jobs of more than eight hours a day, have to take work to home, study a long distance course.
