Diet Tip – I

  • Every change you make to improve your nutrition questions. You do not have to be perfect and not have to completely eliminate the foods you enjoy a healthy diet. The long term goal is to feel good, have more energy and reduce the risk of cancer and disease. Do not let your errors to derail any healthy food choices for accountability.
  • Start slowly and make changes in your eating habits over time. Try to make healthy eating at night is not realistic or intelligent. Change all at once usually leads to cheating or giving up your new eating plan. Make small steps, like adding a salad (full of vegetables of different colors) to your diet once a day or commutation of butter olive oil for cooking. As small changes become habit, you can continue to add healthier choices to your diet.
  • Simplify. Instead of worrying too much about counting calories or measuring portion sizes, think about your diet in terms of color, variety and freshness, then it should be easier to make healthy choices. Focus on finding foods you like and easy recipes that incorporate fresh ingredients. Gradually, your diet will be healthier and tastier.
