Fast food burger will take over an hour of intense exercise to burn off

Never take burgers at fast food restaurants. The firs thing is that they use a whole lot of oil for frying that this in itself contains a whole lot of fats. To make the matters worse, the burgers contain so much of calories that it takes more than an hours workout and that too  an intense one to burn those calories off.

The snackers and the desserts are only going to add to the problem. But one thing is for sure, the more the fast food eater you are the fatter you are definitely going to be and unhealthier you are going to grow.
