This is a very common mistake that all the aspiring weight losers make – carbohydrates are not healthy and they should be avoided. This is in fact a grave mistake. Carbohydrates from soft drinks and sodas are not healthy but the carbohydrates from fruits, vegetables and other high fiber diets are very healthy and they should be consumed on a regular basis.
Carbohydrates essentially runs our day-to-day activities. Without the carbs we will be able to perform no action. If you cannot resist high carbohydrate diets such as ice creams then make sure you work out extra to burn those excess carbs.
